Not seen any issues, just did a test, so it's more likely your PC than the UHH website. Good luck. Have you done a shutdown and reboot?
I had that happen several times last week, then by magic it started working again after logging off then back on.
Tried the reboot,no luck.

It must be your PC.
That sounds like an excuse for a new purchase. His next post will be asking about the specs for his new computer.
Almost the exact thing happened on my laptop, the difference was that I got large blank space holders for the picture. When I clicked on download, I got a space holder square. I signed out of the forum, and rebooted. The problem was fixed. I think the problem may be rooted in the wireless router. You may want to reboot it too. That also helps when the internet seems slow. I have AT&T Universe, and I've had them change the router 3 times in one year. All 3 generated about the same problem.

I did reboot the router also to no avail.I'll have to keep fooling around with it.
My new computer came a day early. I have not had time to plug it in and try it. I want to do a Norton Ghost of the startup drive before I go through the setup.

Interesting. The AT&T U-verse router (Motorola / Arris ) does seem to crash periodically, but pulling out the power cord for 20 seconds or so and then letting it renegotiate the connection seems to fix it. I'm not convinced that it's the router as much as AT&T's infrastructure in our neck of the woods.
Anyhow, a hard system reset is worth trying, some times the gremlins can't survive a minute without any power to feed them...
Try right-clicking on X where the image is supposed to be. In the dialog, there should be an option to allow images from static.uglyhedgehog.com.
