Check out www.dpreview.com and look at the challenges section. It doesn’t award anything but the prestige of your placement among all entries.
This is also a great site to review cameras and equipment.
Enjoy,
Bob

I once saw a 3 hour long argument in a chat room about how an engine in a car can also be called a motor, but a motor in a blender cannot be called an engine. Time well spent processing photos on the other computer.

Almost the first sentence the sargent said at our reciprocating engine course in the USAF, and pointing to the engine beyond the large glass window sitting in the test cell, "This is an ENGINE not a MOTOR". He got his point across w/out any Huhs and the like. LOL

Grammar:
For the rules of the English language, see English grammar. For other uses, see Grammar (disambiguation). Definition is from the dictionary from Apple.

Leon: your definition comes from the same as mine:USAF!

I don't understand your question. Are you
(1) asking how to find contests
(2) asking how to be motivated to enter contests
(3) something else

You might have asked him if he would like to take a ride in your motor car over to the place where there is a Ford Tri-Motor airplane to check out.

Nikonians has a current contest with a $50 entry fee (which covers 5 photo entries). Google it.

Also, check out this. https://www.photocontestinsider.com/photo-contest-filter/

In a motor, not an engine.

Careful with your ambiguous generalizations. Many other functions may be called an "engine." The Cotton Gin-gin shirt for engine- various parts in modern computers, such as "Graphics Engine" and so on. Some motors operate on other than electricity.

The OP would do well to learn Standard English. Hard to move forward when others cannot understand your written communications.
