LOL When everyone or everything is going one way, there is always someone or something headed in the opposite direction... Wrong way Corrigan was a person who was always going the opposite way than everyone else.

Absolutely beautiful silhouette....DO NOT clone out the bottom bird, (second from the left.) You have a perfect "wrong way Corrigan" picture...Which doesn't happen very often.

I had the same type of thought, but with American football. I know of 2 players who ran the wrong way after picking up a fumble. (Roy Riegels and Jim Marshall)

Geez .. I just love, love, love this. LOL Now let me think why ..
contrast between black and white
contrast between two perfectly strait lines and multiple birds all doing something different
perfect amount of spacing near all the edges of the frames .. if the empty space had been too drastically different it would have distracted from the subject

Hmmm, thank you for your opinion. I hadn't thought about cropping out one line.

I would not crop out any line. The two distinct lines give the composition interest in my opinion. I love the silhouettes.
