Sony A77 tethering

While the sony A77 doesn't have tethering as wost of you know it. If you use a hi-res small led TV you can hook the A77 up by the HDMI cable and see everthing you are going to photograph on the TV and even review the final photo on the TV. You still have to down load the photo's to a computer but works for me

I have been doing some serious research on this issue to include the Sony PlayMemories software. That approach wont work with the A77 because it would take a Bluetooth USB device connected to the camera. The USB hub on the A77 it designed to connect it to the PC. So moving on I looked into using one of the Mi-Fi / WiFi cards in the camera. Research indicates that these cards will work with the A77. As always you need to download an app to either your PC and or your tablet. I have a card on order from Amazon and will post the results . Another alternative is to buy one of the new Sony QX cameras which sound like a lot of fun to own any way
