That's OK. I can live without it and live vicariously through others.

Those scenes might be funny as long as you are not the subject. People do get injured and killed slipping and sliding-- in the car or not !!!

Next time, let's see some scenes of someone being shot by a firing squad, hanged, electricuted, drowned.....

I'll take snow over searing heat anytime. I don't have any body functions that work after it goes above 90. I can exist down to below zero quite well.I used to think that was where you went when someone said go to hell-----Florida. Had relatives there----visited once, never went back. My younger brother still tells the story about getting backhanded for asking my aunt if she was a negro. Had an oportunity to work in Vegas--'rather starve. Then hurricanes are a whole different story. I'll take the four seasons and all that entails.

OK. When I do I will post them but the Administrator will pull them as too gory! I recently posted an article on the wolves of Idaho which had some photos of people holding up wolves that they had shot and it was pulled for that reason.

  Whatever works for you. I have to admit summers are tough with all the humidity and, sometimes hurricanes, but spring, fall and winter are delightful.

Lived in Southern California for a number of years. No snow or ice there either. The weather people on TV would always say, "everybody loves the weather in San Diego", "everybody loves the weather in San Diego". What they failed to mention was that the insects, vermin and reptiles loved it also. I estimated that there were 3.2 million ants for every human living in San Diego county. People found rattle snakes in their back yards. You don't see too many cats. They were always being invited to dinner by the coyotes but not as guests. We had a cat that went out roaming one day and never came back. And I've heard it said that any house over four years old will have termites. I can attest to that last part.

  I too lived in S. California from 1961 to 1972 then in the Monterrey Peninsular 1973 to 1977. Never had your bad experiences. The only time I encountered rattlesnakes and coyotes was when I went out into the desert looking for them. Now termites that was another matter. Those little buggers are everywhere.
