You know the old saying, you get what you pay for. Go on Ebay and get yourself a good one. I have two, a Bogen and a Manfrotto that I bought off Ebay for less than $100 each. :-)

I should start looking at ebay!! HATE the tripod I have is awful!

when i first got into digital photography, a couple of years ago,, i went to check out tripods, and was amazed at how expensive they were !! i couldn't imagine paying $100 or more for one, so i got one that looked like it woud hold up my camera, for about $35.,,,,,, as time has gone by,,, i understand the old saying,,, you get what you pay for,,,, i'll be getting a good one, soon.
