I love it when people claim that trying to make sure that all Americans have access to health care is somehow destroying the Constitution. They want to "take back America" - from the majority! These are treasonous words apparently spoken by racist embeciles who simply are upset that a black man far more intelligent then them is their president (and Commander in Chief). These same people never raised their voice when a conservative Republican president encarcerated an American without charges for over a year, lied us into a war which killed over 125,000 people, kidnapped people, tortured people, etc. By the way - I am concerned about my 2nd Amendment rights, but I am also concerned about ALL of my other constitutional rights as well.

In the 1950's and before all Americans had access to health care, no one was ever turned away. From the 60's to the late 80's all most every company with more than 25 employees provided excellent health care to their employees. I sold health insurance from 1978 to 1998.

Starting in the 80's the government got more involved and changed the rules for taxing employee benefits. They changed the rules on charitable giving. They changed the rules on how or if common medical procedures were performed. They changed the rules for medial research. Remember Bush and is "no money for stem cell research" policy? The government created the health care crisis. The new universal health care is only one more nail in the coffin of the great American Health Care system. More government involvement has led to a steady decline in what is provided. There has been nothing good come out of government involvement in health care.

If you listen carefully to administration officials you are starting to hear about the "death panels" the libs swore did not exist.

What President “encarcerated (incarcerated) an American without charges for over a year. “ I’ll assume you are referring to the anti-Christ Bush when you talk about “lying us into a war”. It was recently revealed that Kennedy and Johnson knowingly fabricated the Tonkin Gulf incident. It never happened and yet hundreds of thousands on both sides were killed or maimed for life because we invaded South Viet Nam. Where is your outrage at the Democrats for that? I've got a bullet hole in my neck that reminds me everyday how anti-war the Democrats are.
