I use http://exif.regex.info/exif.cgi to get the data from an image that is downloaded.

I use this Chrome browser extension:

After you click download on a pic here to open it on a new page, you only need to hover your mouse near the top of the photo to see several of the settings.

Not all photos have exif (it can be removed prior to posting) and not all, of course, are downloadable on this site

Linda - I tried with no success to install a Chrome EXIF viewer on my iPad. I already have Chrome and from within that app when I try to install the viewer, it asks me to install Chrome - round and round we go. The Apple App Store does not offer the Chrome viewer. Suggestions?

I’ve installed ViewExif on my iPad, you have to save the image before viewing the data, just have to remember it delete it once you have finished.

Works just fine for me.

This is a cool little extension for Google Chrome. Only caveat, if the poster has excluded EXIF data from an upload, you will not be able to read anything.
