Thumbnails not displaying.

Does anyone know what is going on with the failure to display thumbnails here at UHH?
I'm seeing this more and more on others post and it has happened to me a few times.
I was able to fix it by removing the photo and re-importing it.
When the failure occurs I see a message under the small image where you can write captions that says "non-image attached" or something to that effect.
Any thoughts?

Are we talking about thumbnails within Windows Explorer? I had an issue where thumbnails there either wouldn't display at all, or would display with frustrating slowness. I finally solved it by purchasing and installing the FastPictureViewer codec pack. $10. Problem solved.

Image size. I believe 20mb is the max allowable. The other could be the extension on the file. I tried, by mistake, to upload a .psd file. That loaded but no thumbnail.

No, talking about uploading images to UHH. Sorry I didn't make that clear.

Image size is not the issue, none of my images are anywhere near 20Mb, more like 1-3mb and they are all JPEGs.
