Actually not a mourning dove, it is a Eurasian Collared Dove.

Here is a Mourning Dove....no black collar on the neck (ignore the wind ruffles here it was VERY windy) Note the triple rows of small black rectangles on the wing & a pale blue eye ring. The Eurasian Collard Dove is visibly bigger & has white edges along the wings...
