Hi all I shoot a canon T6s and a m4/3 Panasonic G6. For post processing I use Picasso 3 and smart photo editor. My question is can I get a stand alone program that will denoise my photos really good and easy as my eyes can never tell how good I’ve done. I shoot jpeg thanks

I use Imagenomic Noiseware. It's available either way... as a stand-alone program or as a Photoshop plug-in. (I use the latter.)

The best noise removal program I have ever used is DXO Photolab and it's Prime Noise Reduction. Nothing else comes close. It's quality comes partly from working directly on raw files, and partly because it has the best algorithms in the industry for distinguishing noise from picture information, and retaining the picture data while making the noise go away. This is the real deal.

The NIK suite from DXO is still available for free. In addition to great HDR and B&W conversion software, it also contains a good noise removal program (dFine). https://nikcollection.dxo.com/

Gene, I completely agree. The Prime noise reduction is incredible, but I doubt the OP, who shoots jpeg and uses lightweight post processing software solutions, will be interested in the expense and learning curve of a product like DXO Photolab Elite.

The web certificate for the NIK download site expired today so Windows will not let you download it.

You can get easily around that, it's a security warning. But, since we can't be sure why the certificate is marked as expired it's probably a good idea to err on the side of caution and not do it,

DxO Prime only works on raw files as I recall. It won't work on jpegs.

Yes, that is correct. That is why I indicated in the response you quoted that the OP only shoots jpeg.
