Ok all of you wizards of the light fantastic, here is my question, bear with me.
I have a real interest in creating time lapse videos. I have my camera and a home brew intervalometer. I can use Picasa, but I also have Lightroom CC on my my somewhat limited, aging MacBook. I've looked at the tutorials on youtube, read what I can find in the various forums. What I can't find is where in the sam-hill is the slideshow module in Lightroom? I'm using the latest version of LR CC (ver 1.1) and Photoshop. I do not have a "menu Bar" across the top of LR. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I need to throw in some more facts, etc, including screen shots let me know. I would be more than happy to do so.
Thanks, GreenReaper

Two questions - have you accidentally hit the F key? If so, then type Shift+F to return to the full desktop.
I use a combination of Photoshop which has a basic, but reasonable video editing capability, and Virtual Dub (Vdub) that does a decent job at assembing a series of individual images into a video. Vdub is free to download.

Adobe made a marketing mess several months ago. There are now too many Lightrooms. The big one that works the regular way is called Lightroom Classic CC. It keeps your files in folders on your computer. It has modules including Slideshow. Lightroom CC was once called Lightroom Mobile. It has versions for computer, tablet, phone and web. It keeps your files in "the cloud" so that all your "devices" can see and use them. It does not have any modules.
To make if more confusing there are two Photographer Plan subscriptions at $10 a month. One has Lightroom CC (1.1) and a TB of cloud strorage. The other has both Lightroom CC (1.3) and Lightroom Classic (7.3.1), as well as Photoshop, but with only 20GB of cloud storage.
If you want the Slideshow module, you will have to switch to Lightroom Classic.
Doing time lapse is hard in the Slideshow module because the frame rate needs to be a lot shorter than than 1 second which is the minimum. I've read that there are third party work arounds or plugins that help. It is easier to do it in camera or with a video editing app like Premiere Elements.
Thanks for all the help. Looks Like I'm going to try a different route and see what happens.

You don't see one in Lightroom cc because its not there. It is in Lightroom classic cc though. If you have the classic, here is a link to show how
https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/help/creating-slide-shows-basic-workflow.htmlGene gave you a link to a very good program, and its free......give it a try don't give up. Picasa is old and outdated (imho).

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VirtualDubThere's still one
BIG problem; the OP uses a Mac; vdub, at this time, is only available for Windoze.
