Does anyone own both the A7Riii and the newly released A7iii? I’ve read reviews, but I would love to hear your thoughts.

Don't know that you'll find a user here with both cameras. The introduction section in Rockwell's review mentions the primary differences being 24MP vs 42MP as well as the max FPS (scroll down below the initial example images for the review to start). http://kenrockwell.com/sony/a7-iii.htm
