What! You dare to break the rule about not putting your subject in the middle of the picture! How dare you successfully do so!
Now for serious, I really like this shot; your lens did a wonderful job of imaging the subject. And, in fact, I wonder if you cut a little more water off the bottom, centering the ferry even a little more and making it relatively larger, if it won't make the composition even a little stronger (maybe a square print?).
I can't imagine improving on this one, including the dark cloud overhead.
Nice work on this one--I like the black and white rendering.
