That’s right guys, I’m looking for all those mirrorless cameras and haven’t seen one yet! I’m talking about serious cameras, not little toy 4/3’s!
I’m on assignment at Laguna Seca(bicycle races) and there are 250 official photographers here. Been here two days and haven’t seen a mirrorless yet. To be honest, haven’t seen a Nikon either!!! LoL
ALL Canons and mostly 70-200’s.
So where are all those mirrorless cameras? If you know where to find them, please let all of us that never see them, know!!!?
On Sunday I shoot the dual slalom event. It has the most photographers.
Maybe I’ll see one on Sunday? Maybe!?! I’ll cross my fingers and keep you posted! LoL

Maybe you don't see them because the majority of the photographers already have perfectly good gear and saw no reason to replace it if it ain't broke.
The last time I was there was 22 years ago in May. What a great track; not my favorite but definitely on my top 5 list of tracks I've been to; gotta love the corkscrew...

They were all at the Renaissance Fair. Not a big clunky long lensed SLR in sight. Did see a few Leicas too.

And wait a few weeks until the several million Sony A7III's are delivered....they will be everywhere.

Why do you care what others are shooting? Just be happy with your gear...besides you’re such an old dog, that you couldn’t learn new tricks with those new fangled mirrorless gear.

I have one. It's an Olympus EM1 mark II - but it's a big boys toy - just like an Aston Martin or a Bentley.

It is an interesting observation that you knew EXACTLY how many OFFICIAL photographers were there isn't it? It was nice of them to be all in ONE SPOT so you could count them all.
Interesting that my two PROFESSIONAL FREELANCE FRIENDS were there once and observed just the opposite. In fact, they both emailed me and told me Nikon reps had one of their LEND LEASE trucks their and were doing a bang up job of fixing loaning and adjusting (as usual). NO Canon or Sony rep. available.
SO you observation brings up many questions on my part? Maybe you were looking at the armature section of photographers.
And yes, they observed many mirrorless Sony's with the 100-400 lens attached.
