Yes, the possibilities are endless, especially when the imagery gets so good that it will be hard to distinguish it from reality. No longer will people have to "photoshop" fake photos based on opportunistic images; rather, they will be able to literally create any photo op they like. If we think "fake news" is a problem now, wait until the stories get backed up by truly amazing life-like "fake images."

They're all pretty solidly situated in their space except #3, although skin tones match well there. Is this the technology they use for creating gaming?

Why in the world should this belong in a photography forum? Are there any tie-ins to photographing real models in real spaces? And are these images even the work of the OP? It seems like some random offering of web images meant to titillate rather than educate.

All of the images I created on my own using 3D computer software, this was posted purely as an educational opportunity, Superman doesn't fly anymore, his facial features an implanted on a 3D generated model that can be animated to the max. Next time you by a DVD, buy Blue Ray and watch the Special Features, they explain a lot about the new technology. As to why I posted this, I have been studying this new arena for 40 years, you can create your own art work, your own lighting, and and cameras at multiple locations in your field of viewing. It may not be traditional camera and lens, but wake up because the really good players in this technology are way above me, this is the future, I also have worked in 3D Architectural work and placing a 3D Model in a 3D full scale architectural, virtual reality realistic building is where the future is in the industry at large, I still do camera work and totally enjoy photography, this is my point of view from years of studying the new world of illusions in a 2D photo world.

On another note, the darkroom has been replaced by ink jet, laser and dry sublimation, if you are concerned about 3D computer modeling, the next generation is already here and it is 3D printing, as in objects as large as a sports car, full figure forms that can be carved out of solid rigid foam via a multi access milling machine, I come from the 3D world and this is the future. The new billboards are printed with Ink Jet printers that are thirty feet long, what can I say, you can blow up your photo images to some very large formats, if you understand the new technology.

On another note, you can now take your camera photos in three shots and seamlessly stitch them together as a 180 degree landscape, is that photography or is it CG, it is a new technology added to photography, my philosophy, keep exploring or you die of your own boredom!
