This is a link to a short video from a boudoir model/photographer re: shooting in natural light. I posted it here because there are several boudoir photos in the video. I liked that all of the EXIF data is shown for each photo.

Great photos and suggestions, and I am really struck by the relaxed comfort of the model. I found the last segment interesting -- have the model look asleep. I can picture trying to photograph someone not experienced at posing nude and being very uncomfortable, resulting in strained facial expressions. Starting with eyes closed, then following with seductive but non-revealing poses, might be a great way to break the ice.

My problem is I have gotten a lot of jobs shooting women in their 50's and 60's. NO smooth silky skin, lots of age spots, wrinkles, rolls etc. I use a lot of sheets
while they are laying on the bed to hide rolls, lots of lights to fill in all the shadows from wrinkles. My shots all end up the same, with them laying face down, looking up with head on hands. lots of cleavage showing , One knee bent and feet pointing up. Sheet bunched up on their side hiding the roll.

BDK, your “problem” has become my solution, you shared a lot of great tips on how to pose and set up an older model. Thank you for responding to the post.

Personally I didn’t think the video was that good. I found some of the poses to be dark and unnatural. In my opinion, photograhers then to overthink and stress to much on a photoshoots.
