Looking forward to learning a lot here.
I specialize in sports photography but also am interested in landscape, nature photography.
I have posted hundreds (thousands) of sports photos and I have done various assignments for Master Gardeners photos.
Also, although I am retired and not in need of a substantial income from photography, I would like to generate some income from my work so business models are another of my interests.

I find that these days one of the best avenues for occasional small photography gigs is real estate and internet related. In that now there are RE sales and bank financing remotely through the internet. They need someone local to verify progress on construction or make sales photos.
Not a lot of money but covers fuel and luch for a nice ride in the country.

Welcome fellow Michigander. I don't know what part of MI your from but if you live in the South East come and join us at the Seven Ponds Photo Club. In Dryden, we meet the first and third Fridays of the month at 7:00 PM We are a mentoring club and have from Point and shoot to Pros. Come and visit a few times and see if you like it.
