I know they make a lens like this in F2.8 but not sure about F4.

The Sigma 100-300mm f4 is a legacy lens not longer in production.. Can find it in the used market but it is rare..

Yes, a GREAT lens but very RARE in Pentax mount ! - I have two, one in Canon mount and one in Minolta AF mount.

Sigma does not do a 100-300/ 2.8, but yes, they make one in f/4!

I to am searching for one for Canon. There are two versions, DG and non DG. Of the DG for Canon there are also two different ones. Ones has a coarse pattern on the "rings" and the other newer model has finer straight ribbed rings. The newer one is said to have fewer front/back focus issues. One day I will find the one I am looking for.

Awhile back I sold the newer version for Canon - it is very scarce ! Now I have the first version (coarse pattern) which I may be selling also.....

I've got one that I'm selling. I've had it for about 6 years. Great lens, I just switched to Nikon about a year and a half ago, and now I'm selling off my Pentax gear. I'm in Manitoba.
