Simply gorgeous images, Carol... I especially love #2!! What a wonderful place to go shooting.... did you use a tripod on these shots??

Thank you, Sylvia. This place apparently wholesales orchids and other exotic plants but they are also open to the public. It is off the beaten path and not too busy. Makes a great place to shoot.

Thank you, Angela. Yes, I used a tripod on all of them! The lighting was subdued and shutter speeds were quite low. Fortunately they don’t mind tripods at all.

I used to hate using a tripod but now I always use one when doing birds at the coast and in cases like this it is a life saver.
