All that stuff will do a good job of subbing for a protective vest. And you could hide enough guns to take over a small country among that stuff.

But can he carry the weight? Of course, the photo gear might be made out of light plastic and serving as concealment for an M60!

What do you mean no common sense? The man is wearing knee pads, that's the most important piece of kit he has on(though he could use a better pair!)!!!
What, you've never heard of credit cards???

Looks like a PRO covering a GOLF tournament and will not waist time changing bodies on his lenses.

Seems to me it would be far easier to change a lens than to get to the needed body-lens combo. I think the idea of a caddy is a good one.

Looks back breaking for sure but at least he doesn't have to change lenses! Actually it's not GAS if he is acquiring all that equipment for his profession (i.e., tax deductions). GAS refers more to someone who acquires equipment just for the hell of it - a hobby at best.

I just saw this on the latest email I got from Sony - one of the Olympic pro photographers - a Sony ambassador I guess - displayed what he is taking to Korea... https://alphauniverse.com/stories/sports-pro-s-gear-for-the-winter-games-in-south-korea/?rid=1&cid=eml-na-1593&CRMID=51868313&XID=E:101756:HOI1ALPHAUCAMERA Seems like our friend above too will be getting a workout!

He's shooting for 4 different clients, plus himself, and doesn't want to send the same photos to any of them.

Either he's an idiot, or he had to do that as a stunt.

I was at Yellowstone National Park when I saw a "photographer fording a stream. He wore special clothes designed, with pockets.to cover every contingency form photographic needs to atomic attack.Close behind him was a photography store with two legs and breasts bearing his equipment. I on the other hand take my photos exclusively with a Browny Hawkeye. B.H. just joking.

I suspect that this is a spoof by several other photogs. To make it complete, he should have been shooting holding an Instamatic camera.

Reminds me of a shot someone took of me years ago that still gives us a chuckle.

We were on safari in Kena. Afterwards, I was getting ready to walk back to my room to drop off my modest equipment. Several people in the vehicle asked me to take their stuff back too. Before I knew it, I was loaded down like this guy.

I had the good sense to have someone take a memorable shot of me.
