Bokeh - Before and After

I spend some time on YouTube every day to find new tools and processes for Photoshop. Yesterday I learned how to add Bokeh to a photo using tools I never saw before. WHo said you can't teach an old dog new tricks.

I am showing you the before and after pictures. Still trying to decide if her skin should be taken down more.

Want to mention the picture you see for the bokeh was not resized. I did use it twice and turned it on the second layer using just a part of it for additional bright spots.

By the way fellow Hoggers, when I first posted the final jpg picture it was adobe color space. It was terrible. Changed to srgb and it now looks about the same as on my Photoshop screen. Others have mentioned this in the past and didn't worry to much but it is very noticeable in the soft pastel colors here and had to change the setting.
