My family went to Vero Beach for Spring vacations quite a bit when I was young. I have many fond memories there from those days. I was back again when my sons were young and spent two days at the Disney property there, creating a few more fond memories. The town had changed much though!

Vero Beach is changing like everything else in FL.
There are thousands of families who moved from Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach to Vero due to crowded conditions in those cities and that fact reflects here on housing prices, traffic etc.
