It's just a normal pigeon that's been kicked in the crotch. Thats why it has two lumps above the beak.😁

Looks like a homing pigeon with an overgrown bill tip. As far as the country, could be anywhere.

"Rock Dove USA" is better known as "pigeon" - I don't think ours are as memorable in appearance ... I guess I need to take a portrait of one of the regulars at our squirrel feeder

I was thinking of one of the statues of extinct birds that I saw on a TV show (think PBS) as a Passenger Pigeon in Eastern US. But I saw the correct answer.
