Fifteen or so years ago, I headed up the "Haul Road" for a caribou hunt but became more enthralled with the scenery than stocking my larder and drove all the way to Prudhoe Bay... well, as close as one can get to Prudhoe Bay and not a worker there. I'd done it before but the drive is an experience and an adventure... Regardless, I found on an old disc, some images I'd taken on that drive, most were shot with a D200 and as .jpg, not raw. Wish I'd shot then in raw.

Nice set.
Numbers 4 & 8 are my favorites.
Sometimes the simplest pics turn out to be quite wonderful when the composition is right - all beautiful pics but #8 is my favorite ;)
Never having been there, your images summarize what I perceive the overall landscape to be like. Nice balance of composition in all images. My favorite is the last shot - mystic. Wish I'd taken that one 😉
Great info and a beautiful set! Thanks!
Beautiful imagery. Outstanding.
Awesome series! Impressive shots!
Love the whole set of images...nicely done.
