Your Favorite Animal Portrait..
Thats no Bull. Great shot.
I have so many that I love and some I've shared in other posts so here are a few of my other favorites.
Unfortunately, not totally out in the wild but they are...
Two of my favorites.. I like the Raptor because he had water dripping from his beak.. and I liked the sleepy look in the owls eyes!
Taken at El paso Zoo two years ago.

Well, Railfab, I'll have to admit when I first saw your "Just Monkeying Around" photo I could have sworn it was my Great Uncle Everett come back to life. Nobody seemed to know where Uncle Evertt came from--he just started showing up for dinner one day, my grandmother used to say, and would hide cookies in various cupboards for later retrieval. I've got a weird family.

Baby Gorilla messing around.
Say Cheese!
A quick snapshot from last summer. I saw the Robin posing there on that sign and it was just too perfect. I know, could have been in better focus, etc, etc...
I'm not saying my dog is spoiled, she's just sneaky, coy. She rides on the back of the seat in my pickup truck, looking out through the windshield. For a Dairy Queen sign. She can spot one a mile away, and goes ballistic.

This was Lazi... She wandered in one day, at about 9 months old. She was almost dead from starvation, covered in fleas, and had severe blisters on the pads of her feet. We took her in and she stayed for 16 years. She was one of those "Once in a life time dogs." I have never had a dog that was as great as she was. She Was the Perfect Dog!!
