Yep...that's the way it works...
Sorry to hear that, but not every situation ends in a disaster. I had trouble downloading PS & LR. I contacted Adobe by chat. When that didn't solve the problem, they called me. Problem solved. The Tech was very polite and professional. I did let Adobe know via the survey I took after we were finished.

I usually get disconnected when on hold and have to start all over again.
Oh! Gads! I hope that I never have to call tech support again. One time I was on hold for three hours.

Reminds me of the time I bought my first cassette player. I had saved for months to get and got it in the car and turned on the radio and heard them tell me it was obsolete because it had just been replaced by a better unit.
