It takes a lot of nerve - or maybe stupidity - to steal someone's photography and rpesent it as your own.

The author of the article repeatedly used the word “Artist” to describe the fraudulent thief who pulled that con job on the city. It is an insult to all legimate artists to use the word artist for this guy.
