Anyone have any news on this. Problems to report? Conflicts with LR or PS?

Just upgraded my MacBook Pro yesterday. So far, no issues, but I’m currently using Lightroom v5.7.

I upgraded my Macbook Pro (2017) to High Sierra last week. Other than some irregularities with a few small utility programs I use, I've had no problems.

I upgraded 2 iMac 27", one a Retina, and one a 2011, plus a MacBook Pro. The 2011 iMac wiped the hard drive when I updated. the other 2 did just fine. I did a D.O.D. erase and reloaded the 2011 and reloaded from a Time Machine backup and all is fine. I am not sure that I didn't make a mistake on the 2011 so all in all I can't say I had any problems.

I get that. I went a bridge to far with an update on a 2004 vintage Mac Pro. Now it is a Door stop until I can get it to Apple. Above my pay grade.

Although not a direct photography-related issue, I have read that Microsoft Office 2011 may have some issues. I know I should think of upgrading that since MS is no longer supporting that version, but I am reluctant to move the OS to High Sierra at this time. It has also frequently been suggested that non-geeks wait until Apple releases "dot" upgrade versions like 10.13.1 or 10.13.2 before upgrading.

I upgraded a MacBook Pro and a 27 iMac 5k Retina with absolutely no issues. Using LR Classic.

My 2009 Mac Pro tower can’t upgrade to Sierra. No problem using latest LR photoshop NIK with this set up. All upgrades have been flawless. But for how long?

If you don’t want to upgrade Microsoft office, you might want to try the free Libre Office.
