The second image is by far, the better of the two. The sun, as soft as it is, is too distracting and pulls the eye from the objects of the photograph, the tree and its reflection.

The second photograph is excellent, the tree and its reflection are sharp, with the back ground's 'distance' one sees, behind the tree, gradually softened by the fog.

Definitely one to 'blow up', frame, and then hang on a dominant wall for all to see and enjoy.

Thanks Joe - I appreciate your comment. I think I agree with you, I want to soften the sun some more, just gotta figure out how to do it lol. Still learning ;D

Not at all - it was from Lightstalker and called "tone-depth" - and I failed to say....in Lightroom
