sea level?

Just saw a report that NASA reported that sea level has falled. They credit this change due to the snowfall this past winter. And I thought that Global Warming was going to raise sea level. now as a result of climate change, and the increased snow fall se level ius falling. So global warming is causing higher sea level and climate change is causing a lowering of sea level. I am confused, which is it?

None of the above. NASA attributed the lower sea level to snow fall in the previous winter, caused by a harsh winter due to climate change. But, as I said the warming religion predicted sealevel reduction. Which prompted my question. There was no lack of precipitation or increased evaporation as it would have been mentioned by NASA as a cause. There is nothing wrong with my thinking.

The NASA study says the rate of sea level rise has slowed. it did not say that sea levels have fallen. It is like the difference between a budget deficit and overall debt.
