I was out today taking photos this morning and found a big beautiful Garden spider in the center of his web. Much to my dismay when I got home I could not get the web to show up well. I tried several things in PP but to no avail. I also found a second web with lots of dew drips on it but again with web is not very visible. Any thoughts or tips would be appreciated.

I find that managing the background is a high priority for dewy webs.
Beautiful image by the way.
Looks like a lot of contrast. Darker background with shallow depth of field.

By moving perspective until the web is against any dark background. Of course not always possible, in which case I look around for another dewy web and dark background.
Background helps plus contrast in LR
Try and get the web parallel with sensor to keep everything in focus, it keeps the web in same plane of focus. I failed to do that and lost some good shots.

Background contrast, yup, and back or side lighting kinda like these...well, the spiders were the subject in their web.

you can make your own "dew" with a spray bottle with water. Add a tiny bit of dawn for a sparkling effect'
You might try an off-camera TTL flash, camera in Manual mode, ISO 400, aperture at F4 if you're parallel with the web, and a high enough shutter speed to make the background ambient light go dark. I use high speed sync to do that. The flash controls exposure on the subject and a high shutter speed controls the effect of ambient light.
