I could be incorrect, but I think I read something about it providing either a 180 or 360 degree shot centered on the main subject. I think I even saw the final output and it was very cool.

you should try the second link i added its kinda cool with a touch screen device you can look in any direction its a little more clunky on a computer but still pretty decent.
Price isn't too bad i think 3-400 dollars.
