Even in a disaster no one wants the vegan food.

Of course. all the bleeding heart liberals stayed in their homes as their idiot mayor told them to do. Soon they will be found dead in their homes.

I thought "vegan food" was vegetables, beans, grains, and nuts. What is this stuff on the shelves?

A "liberal" is someone who is broad minded and tolerant of the ideas and behaviour of others. What is wrong with that? It's like the term "do-gooder" being used as an insult. What is wrong with doing good? Surely it's better than doing bad?

You mean like ANTIFA, or how about Sharpshooter who advocates violence against anyone who disagrees with him, or UC Berkeley, the least tolerant school in the Country? You need a new definition my friend, yours is obsolete.

I'm afraid I have no idea what you are talking about. ANTIFA? What on earth is that? Who is Sharpshooter? And what is UC Berkeley? I suppose it all means something to Americans, but not to the rest of the world. Perhaps if you look up the dictionary definition of "liberal" you'll see what I mean. Maybe you need a new word to describe those who don't share the apparent narrow-minded views of those you refer to. Or have I got hold of the wrong end of the stick?

We have a rather large group of liberals in this country who, after the election, have become intolerant of virtually everything conservative. Those were the folks I was referring to.

The so-called "liberals" have become the LEAST tolerant people in the country by opposing any autonomous behavior such as Libertarians espouse.

You are correct and I have tried to explain that but most Americans don't want to understand that. "Liberal" is what Fox News has used for a long time to describe anyone that does not agree with them.

Since you live in England you may not know all of the political mess we have over here in the states.

You have got to be kidding right? You mean like the tolerant Left who stifles free speech on campuses, who attack Trump supporters, who want to kill police officers and so on. This is the tolerant Left you are talking about. Not for me.

Maybe the UK does not have any liberal vs conservative debates or views? LOL
I have watched the highly spirited debates in the house of commons and find them as hilarious as watching our own all-talk - no action representatives on both sides of the aisle or houses. They do a lot of important stuff though, like declare a national "beard day". It's much easier than dealing with the budget deficit, or other silly things.
