Use the liposuction tool, or find a different model.

Repost with an image in Post Processing section. Apart from saying "Clone Tool" or "Smudge Tool" all you are going to get here are stupid answers, but as it stands, no-one is going to be able to help unless they actually understand the problem.

Warp tool. I think some of these posters have actually started to use it on their brains first!

Do a Google search for Portrait Pro Body. Same Portrait Pro folks, and last year they added Body.
If you get a client who wants a makeover to post on Match.com, run the other direction. Yes, I had that request last year.

I used the clone tool in the past. I now have Portrait Pro Body and it is great. I have use Portrait Pro for years and the Portrait Pro Body is jut as good. Saves a lot of time. The only problem with either program is it is very easy to over do post processing. Their initial rendering is usual pretty good but they have controls that allow you to tone back or up anything done. Just be careful not to over process. I usually get the processing done and go have a cup coffee or take a break then come back and look again, often decide to tone back on this or that.
