I have been in a few and they are not fun. One I was in I could not stand up, it threw me down on my knees.

Scary. I've been in CA few times, but no earthquakes - not disappointed at all.

I had an uncle a commander in the navy that lived in LA Cal. and moved east as soon as he got out. He though Cal was going to slide off into the ocean. He didn't know it was going to be invaded by Mexico.
