Definitely a Chevy, and I'm going with '41. It has the "upside down" T grill, but chromed. The war-time models were painted, not chrome.
But after the war, by '46, they started making them again, looking like the '41. I don't know how to tell "41 from '46.

Looking at the download, the original owner is still inside it.
Well, it's a Chevy, hdfilmnoir, and my hubby just took a look and thinks it's around 1950.

I can't believe this debate is still going on. Look back in the thread and see a popto of a 1946 being sold by a collector.
As an "Old Guy," an with a little experience with old pick-ups, I will opine: not earlier than 1941 and not later than 1946. The 46s were mostly a continuation of the 1942 model year because of the interruption caused by WWII.
Don't know but it's a beauty!! Would love to have that for a restoration project

That insignia on the center grill vertical bar suggests Dodge. The curveyness implies late 1930s.
Name plate in the very front says Chevrolet. Don't know the year. Download shows it very plainly.
Was this a test of our observational skills?

The main difference I see are the mirrors. Perhaps they offered different choices for mirrors. Perhaps they were changed during restoration. Not a significant difference in my opinion.
During that time period, many accessories such as mirrors, heaters, bumper guards, pick-up rear bumpers and others were installed at the dealership rather than at the factory. This gave the customer a choice. It also held the new vehicle price competitive and allowed the dealership to make some extra profit on the sale of accessories.
Definitely GM. Most likely Chevrolet. I think pre-WWII but could be 46-48, they used the pre-war designs for those years with low cost adjustments.
