One other thing I notice too is that it has the hole in the grill for a hand crank, same as the one from the OP.

dont know the model or year but the word Chevrolet is on the fourth (from top) horizontal chrome bar of the grill.It has red paint accents in front of and behind.

The upper grill clearly says CHEVROLET and the lower grill clearly has a Chevrolet emblem. It is a 1946-48 Chevrolet and I believe it is a 1946.
