Hello all
Like many others, I have been reading the posts and articles on this site for many months, and finally decided it was time to join the conversation. My first "real" camera was a Minolta, followed by my current Nikon DSLR. I love to travel and to take pictures of the people and everyday life of the places where I travel. Looking forward to the forum!

Welcome to UHH.
Which Nikon DSLR do you use?
Hello! I currently use a Nikon D5000. I usually use my AFS Nikkor 18-200 lens. I'm actually considering giving this camera to my daughter to use in Design School, and buying a D5600, which is much lighter and easier to tote around when I travel. What do you like to use?
My advice would be if U want to really take a step up--- go for full frame, D610, D750, etc. Excellent and not too expensive. Will beat the pants off any of the DX formats!! If U are concerned about the weight, get a back pack. I'm 70 and use one all the time, short journeys or long haul.

I use a Nikon Df and a Nikon D7200---the Df is my main camera.
Welcome. Look forward to viewing your Nikon photos. I have been using Nikons since the late sixties.
