Hi Folks, I just can't help myself when I run across a nice Courthouse...I gotta take a picture. This one located in the southern most part of Tennessee in Pulaski. I don't have much history on it or other facts to share. There just isn't anything on the internet which I thought was odd. Anyway, hope you enjoy this one.

Beautiful shot, James--must be downloaded to really appreciate the fine detail.
Nice, they don't build them like that anymore.
Nicely done, James. Your courthouse series would make in interesting coffee table book. I think of you often and hope all is well.
Old courthouses are treasures. Nicely captured.
James, history will tell you that the KKK was started on the Giles county court house stairs by Albert Pike, a confederate general from the civil war. I have seen it claimed that way in many places. In fact, Pike did not start it on the court house stairs, but in front of a building just off the square around the court house. It is located on the southwest side (I believe it was the southwest side) of the square and the last time I saw it was in 2010 and was a lawyer's office. Albert Pike is most famous for writing the Mason's so called "Bible" called Morals and Dogma where he openly professes that Satan is their lord. Check the corner stone of any Masonic Temple and it will have the year 4000 something instead of 1800 something, or 1900 something or 2000 something. This the year of light and it represents when Satan came forth on the Earth to start his demise. Yes, the Giles county square is world side famous for this and yet it is kept a dark secret because of what it represents.
Nice architectural shot, James.
Nice work, that is a beautiful building.
