This is a pristine lens with little if no use.
Mostly kept in a camera bag, non-smoking home, no mishandling.
You can see it is as if taken out of the original box
I have hood somewhere, maybe original box.

You didn't forget. It was in your post, not your title.

I like mine. It's light and compact. Take really sharp pictures. And buying it won't break the bank, at least mine didn't. I have used it for everything this week in Colorado.

Do you have any issue with lens creep?

Yes, it does. I haven't used it that much so I don't know how cumbersome that can be.It has a "lock" switch on the side I think keeps it at the position that you want.

You mentioned Canon mount. Is this EF-S?

The DC identifies the lens as being made for APS-C. The lens will mount on a FF Canon but you may get some vignetting at smaller focal lengths. The lens could be used on either APS-C or FF unlike Canon EF-S lenses. The Canon EF-S lenses actually protrude into the mirror area, interfering with the mirror actuation and can cause damage if used. The Sigma's do NOT have that issue. I have Sigma lenses and have used the DC on a Canon 5D but get vignetting at the low end of the zoom.
