Home from Yellowstone.
I just got home from a fun week in Yellowstone with my wife and two dogs. I took lots of wildlife photos, but very few scenic photos.
I am just unloading the trailer now, and have just loaded the photos on my computer and will take a break, every so often, to look through a few and edit a few.
I took this photo, the very first morning, in Gibbons meadow. While I was shooting, I noticed most of the elk, paying close attention, to one area and soon I noticed why. Mr. Wolf was passing through. I took this photo just before the wolf appeared.

It was a fun week and I hope you will enjoy a bit of what I got to enjoy.
Have a good one. BB

Wow! I like #1, pin sharp and great head position. Just like he was sitting for a portrait.
Beautiful shots,including that last one.
An hour or so later I ran into my first bear. A smaller black bear. I would have had a really good photo, but just as I set up to take a photo, the ranger pulled up and make me retreat back beyond my truck, so this is most likely the best photo I have of this bear.
