Nice photograph of your new best friend and his/her home.
Depending on the end purpose of the capture you could leave this alone, or think about adjustment on a later photograph.
Example:
If this is a nature study on this spices of spider then it is as good as it needs to be to capture the spider and its Natural environment.
If this is to become an artistic study in spiders in Nature then you could make viewing the spider more comfortable on the viewer. Rotating the photograph in PP 180 degrees, and adjusting the Aperture to gain greater DOF to include the web in sharp focus. Leaving the distant background in very soft focus, and including all parts of the spider and web in pin sharp focus will isolate the spider in a very pleasing view.
