Take a look through what's available on KEH, UsedPhotoPro (Robert's), Amazon, Adorama, B&H, Cameta, etc.. Can't help if we have no idea of what you need.

KEH has a Gossen LunaStar F for $89 plus shipping.
Does ambient and flash.
Has a PC outlet so with the right cords, you can trigger your flash from the meter.
Uses a 9 volt battery.
