Hi, my name's Laura and I just heard about this group last weekend. I'm a hobby photographer and recently made the move from a coolpix 7100 to a Nikon D3400. There is SO much to learn!
I have been using Picture It for years (old computer), I've never shot RAW-so lots to learn there but it sound like it'll be worth learning....My new computer doesn't do Picture It (that's probably an indicator on how old the laptop is), so i was wondering if anyone has found anything similar in terms of simplicity and ease.
I've attached some photos just to let you see some of my work.
I am on the board for a historical farm called The Farm at Prophetstown and have been providing them with photos to use to help beef up their Facebook traffic. Photographing life on a farm has turned out to be so fun!

Hello Laura, welcome to UHH.
Welcome to the hog. Love the pictures
Welcome! You have shown us a great variety of pictures here. I hope that you will share some more! All of your photos are terrific, but for some reason #1 is my favorite of the bunch.
This picture always makes me smile. The nose belongs to Mr. Bo Jangles. A very sassy mini horse who resides at the Farm at Prophetstown.
