Posting early. What did I do last week? Wish I could remember that far back - HA! Think I have one rock left over and then some shots from today. Son-in-law's family syrup business opened today; next weekend is officially Maple Weekend, but they had a great turn out.
Sap, one drop at a time - weather has turned cold and sap doesn't flow when it's cold..
The metal buckets and taps are just for show now. Replaced by miles of blue hose emptying into big collection tubs.
