From the archives.
#1 (available and speed lights) and #2 (available light only) are photographs, done on our dining room table.
Nowdays I do this kind of stuff all in the computer - mostly using 3D models. I can post an example or two, with your permission.

I grew up on a poultry farm and do suspect that one of those was an egg. Having eaten lot of pie, I nailed that one right away.
