Classic indeed...good ones!
RED is tough to capture. Those are all well shot. Very Nice!

Nice job with tough compositions. I've always thought a car show would benefit itself if ten to twelve feet of space were left between all the cars. Not just for photographers but a little more space would give the gear heads a chance to take a car of interest in a little more intimately, and the show could be billed "bigger than ever before". Anyway you found a way to make the most of the scene, that's why you are the man Mike!
NEAT!!!!
I have a red car and it doesn't look that good!!
Nice set, Mike!

Thank you so much, if you are not there when they open it is very hard to get a good shot without a lot of people on it. At the last show there was a photographer who carried a step ladder to be above everybody, I have a hard enough time just carrying my camera.

Thank you very much Angela, time to trade it in, wouldn't that Ferrari be nice?

LOL.... that would be nice, but I don't think the car seat would fit in the back!!
There is a big difference between a custom/rod car show, and a Concourse d'Elegance. At a Concourse, most cars are treated like artwork and space is given to show the cars because of their impressive status.
Only problem is... no tripods, often roped static displays, Anal retentive judges (purists), eagle-eye owners. I don't waste much time on Concourse shows.
The show you attended looks more like an Exotics show... more friendly. Cords, Allards, Maserati, classics and Ferrari examples.

Great looking cars, wouldn't mind a spin in all of them.

Love these images Mike really like the Cord.
