I supported it at a large engineering corporation for 15 years until 2014. It was by far the buggiest troublesome major application they used. Everytime an update was pushed Notes would malfunction on a significant number of machines. Sometimes it would just freeze up intermittently. It also had compatibility issues with other mail applications like Outlook. I would never use it if I wasn't forced to and I'm sure most of the 3000 employees would feel the same way.
