gorgeous shots nim. you had a productive and fun morning!!
These are all outstanding. My first thought on no. 1 was "white done right"! Beautiful exposure. The kingfisher is one of the best shots I have seen. Great series!

Excellent series love the variety of birds.
You had quite a day. Great series.
I sincerely thank all of you for looking and commenting. I'm going to post some landscapes that I took the same morning.
finally some GOOD bird photography here....
Not just snapshot's,
So few contributions make you want to stay and learn, and appreciate someone's work,
All though showing ones images here is a good thing..
I think you should always try to show only your best images, not some happenstance one may encounter...
Just because an image is reasonably in focus, and recognizably exposed does not make a worthy image to share, unless you are wanting advice to better your craft, no matter what level of knowledge you are at there is always room for improvement
one must always seek ways to grow and improve their photography
It is a life long quest.
No one ever achieves total and complete knowledge...as long as they are alive, some more than others, but always looking for ways to improve.
If that is the case then I get it
I enjoyed each of these,
Very much.
Thanks
Gorgeous shots, Nim! I love all of the stunning colors and details. Very nicely done.
